Mail and Bill Cards Info

Merry Christmas to all our customers!  We wish you a very happy, healthy, and prosperours New Year as well!

We've had reports from customers (and have experienced issues ourselves) with receiving the bill cards in a timely manner.  Many have had damaged bills through the past year also.  These concerns have been discussed with the local Post Office and there is limited things that can be done.  Most issues are due to the automated equipment apparently.  If you dont receive your bill by the 20th of the month, or if it is unreadable you can simply send in your average payment or leave a message or text with our billing secretary, Becky H. at 217-710-0602 and she will get back with you as soon as she's able.  We use the bill cards to keep our costs down and hopefully these issues will not continue with the post office.
